Reach Your Potential With Tiff

I don't know what to believe but all I can do is share here today what I see.

Life has it's challenges and we get tested everyday. If you look at life, life is the same as a sports game. If you really look at the detail.In life we learn so much about what we do in the day, the same as what we do when we play sport.

Over the past few weeks I have been sharing with you, my sweet cravings that I am wanting to take control of, what I have tried and whether it has worked or not.

Do you love what you do? If you are saying, "No Tiff, I don't love what I do!" Why don't you? Sometimes we go down the path of what we think we must do versus what we want to do.If you see successful people doing their thing... why can't it be you?

This is a really hard thing to do is to accept change. When things change what happens?  We feel awkward and uncomfortable. We feel out of sorts and we are not so sure where we fit into the mix. The key here is learning to accept change.
