Consider this statement for a moment. 'Most Things Take Longer Than You Think.' Would you agree?
If you look at the goals that you really want to achieve in your sport and in your life, at times may take longer. It doesn't mean that you won't get there, it just may mean that you have underestimated how long it may take.
You can still get there, so don't give up, but it may take longer than anticipated. Here are 5 Action Steps for you;
1. Learn how to do all the skills properly (efficiently)
2. Practice regularly (schedule practice time)
3. Perform these skills under pressure
4. Evaluate how you are performing under pressure
5. Continue to work on improvement (refine)
