This episode is very close to my heart.
This fear of failure is what I struggled with in my tennis career. I froze with fear.
What is fear? Here's a definition from the dictonary;
It is being afraid of someone or something as likely to be dangerous, painful or harmful.
What is painful when you are playing sport?
It is losing!
It's painful to lose, but what is worse is frightened of losing and worring about losing. Because, what are you focused on?
Our minds are so powerful, so that when you are focused on losing your mind will look for ways to have you lose.

3. CRAFT YOUR T-CODE "Tiff Code"

Once you have designed your T-Code then you must repeat it daily.
