What do you do when things get tough?
Do you find that you;
*Put yourself down
*Tell yourself that you are not good enough
*Remind yourself by saying "told you I couldn't do it"
*Remind yourself by saying "you will never get there"
Then you would break down, give up for a while and then try again.
But, what would happen when you hit the wall again?
The same words!

2.Why is it such a problem? (keep asking why?)
3.What can you do to solve the problem/s?
4.What action steps can you now take.
