Sweet Cravings Anonymous 2.0

Ah if you you are like me, you may like the sweet taste sensation on the taste buds.

But what I was finding was that I was enjoying them a bit too much.

In this episode we are going to work out a strategy to take back control of the sweet craving versus the sweet craving taking control.

The 5 Step Process Working on Taking Control

1. Acknowledge and awareness (being aware what is going on)

2. Make a decision  (make a decision that it is time to change)

3. Keep on the path  (powerful mindset and not giving into temptation)

4. Take Action  (do what you say you were going to do)

5. Continue the Process  (make it part of your routine).
