What are routines?
* They are a Series of actions.
For example - brushing your teeth, your morning routine, your work routine, your evening routine and so on.
Here are 4 Steps that can help you Identify which routines will you use to help you achieve your dreams and goals;
1. Identify your current routines - do they benefit you or do they hinder you?
2. The routines that benefit you - can you enhance more and make better?
3. The routines that hinder you - can you get rid of them or enhance them to make them better?
4. What routines can you implement today to get the ball rolling?
