#89 Plan Take Action Plan Take Action

I have had many people tell me that they want to improve in their sport etc, they want it but it seems to just stay in their head.

I am curious to know what is holding them back from moving forward and achieving what they want...

What I have discovered are a few points where I feel that people aren't willing to;

1. Figure out what is truly holding them back.

2. Create a plan to get what they want.

3. And follow that plan.

I will state this in order to get what you want you must,

PLAN - TAKE ACTION - PLAN - TAKE ACTION

Stop leaving it to fate and decide for you.

GO after it no matter how old you are!

1. Plan It Out

2. Write It Out

3. Follow the Plan.
