This is really about managing your fitness leading up to Christmas so that you won't let yourself go. It is so easy to let go and not do anything.
But the same with food, if you let yourself completely go it is so much harder to come back. What we want to do is really mix up our workouts and structure them in a way that we don't need to have a break, we can wind them back a bit.
