This is the time of year where we go to lots of Parties, eat lots of food and food we don't normally eat and drink more than what we normally do. We tend to let ourselves go a bit. But if we let ourselves go too much, we add on a few extra kilos, we get a bit sluggish and those dreaded scales come out.
Therefore there is a way in which you can manage yourself better around food, so that you won't whack on so much weight nor find it hard to take off those extra kilos.
