I get it! We all live in a world where we can get almost anything we want on demand. Everyone is always in a rush - quick, quick, quick.
Time is precious and it is go, go, go!
However when we go at that speed we make a lot of mistakes. In order to achieve your goals and anything else you want in your life (especially sport), you will need to find your rhythm to achieve your optimal performance.
What you will need to establish... * What is Your Perfect Rhythm - where you can perform at your best. * Once you have established your Perfect Rhythm, then all you need to do is maintain it.
