#63 How To Deal With Overwhelm

Do you find that you have so much to do that you don't even know where to start? And you look at everything that you need to do and it looks all too hard that it will virtually paralyze you from doing anything?
The problem is if you don't tackle it, it will always be there. Here are 4 steps in How To Deal With Overwhelm.
1. Meditate (just to get you to stop and breathe).
2. Create Phases (Phases 1 - 5).
3. Itemize What Needs to Be In Each Phase.
4. Take Action on Phase 1 first!
This way you are chunking it down, taking action, feeling good about what you are doing, you are in control and you will be able to work through the steps.
