It's very easy to just wake up and go through the motions. It's easy to do your usual morning routine, go to school or work etc, then come home, do what you do at night time, go to bed then wake up in the morning and repeat the previous day and days.
But what if you wanted more? What if you wanted to change what you are doing? How could you do that? We have to break the cycle of what you are doing.
