Learn to trust, what does that mean?

It means I want you to trust the decisions you make out on the golf course. If you don't trust the decisions you make when you play and doubt them, then the results that you would love to have, won't happen, because you don't trust how you hit the ball.

When I watch someone putt for example this is the most important thing I look for (other than the technical aspects). I look at their decision process when they line up the ball, what they do when they stand over the ball and how the then play the stroke. I look for hesitancy, and believe me it comes up alot.

So how do we learn to trust our decisions we make on the golf course?

I have much detail in this episode, therefore you will want to listen to it today :).

But simply look for feedback in your technique, look for feedback in your result and be aware of what your thought process is when you are getting ready to play the shot.
