What do you focus on when you play golf?
Especially when you are playing comp or even when you are playing holes ?
Do you focus on;
* the score?
* worrying about making mistakes?
* worrying about that last hole that you played badly?
* worrying about not playing well?
* worrying about holding others up?
* looking at so many other things that you are doing wrong?
The KEY here is to focus on ONE THING!
When you focus on the ONE THING, it will keep you steady, strong and able to maintain a better level of play.
What is that ONE THING for you to focus on?
Listen to this episode and discover what that ONE THING is.
Would you like to build belief, confidence, courage and strength in you?

I am happy that this podcast reasonated for you. I record them for people like you who can connect with what I am talking about.
I would like to discuss with you further what goes on with you when you are out on the course and help you come up with some strategies to counteract you going haywire.
I will send you an email and we can discuss through there.
The most important thing is that you are working on that area of your swing that we discussed, and you can see what is possible for consistency for you.
Looking forward to seeing you after the lockdown.
Still trying to get a game and remembering what you told me at my shared lesson about the triangle.
Still only doing a half swing – quarter to and quarter past. I look forward to another lesson when covid
lockdown is over. Its too far to come down to Warringah from Neutral Bay but look forward to doing that.
Best wishes. Libi B
I have just played your podcast on “focas on one thing” and it really resonated with me. I have been following your emails for sometime and hope to come down to Sydney to participate in one of your classes. You make it seem so easy and uncomplicated, but as with the lady you mentioned about hitting the ball well at practice but it going haywire on course, that is me. Time to get my act together!
When these current restrictions ease, I will endeavour to join one of your lessons.
With no local pro’s I have enjoyed all your emails.
Thanks and regards
