**Step 1**
Establish your **6 Month Goal in each sport category**. How you do that is by asking yourself these two questions below;
1. What is your curent reality?
2. What do I want to be true by December 31st 2019? (And then list all the action steps that needs to take place).
**Step 2**
Establish your **3 Month Goal in each sport category**. How you do that is by asking yourself these two questions below;
1. What is your curent reality?
2. What do I want to be true by September 30th 2019? (And then list all the action steps that needs to take place).
