Should You Be Working On Your Weaknesses

Do you believe you should be working on your weaknesses or must you only concentrate of your strengths?

I have heard mixed reviews about whether you should work on your weaknesses or only work on your strengths. But if you look at it this way, if you were to compete in an individual sport, you must work on your weaknesses or weaker areas because they will come up in your tournaments and competitions.

Champions work on eliminating their weaknesses, so why wouldn't you?

1. Idenitfy all of your weaknesses.
2. How are you going to turn these weaknesses into strengths? (what action steps are you going to do?)
