Part 3: Goal Setting - End Of Month Destiny - Sport And Life

This is the final part of the three part episodes for goal setting for this quarter.

This is where you will be able to break the goals down into months and weeks to make them achievable chunks. That's the best way to accomplish goals in bite size chunks.

All you will need is two A4 sheets of paper to do this.

STEP 1: WHAT MUST BE TRUE BY THE END OF EACH MONTH
Draw up 2 columns one called Life Destiny and the other Sport Destiny.
Each column should have 4 rows.

First Column - LIFE DESTINY
In 1st Row:
Write out your goals for Life Destiny for the Quarter.

In 2nd Row:
Answer what must be true by the end of April.

In 3rd Row:
Answer what must be true by the end of May.

In 4th Row:
Answer what must be true by the end of June.

Second Column - SPORT DESTINY
In 1st Row:
Write out your goals for Sport Destiny for the Quarter.

In 2nd Row:
Answer what must be true by the end of April.

In 3rd Row:
Answer what must be true by the end of May.

In 4th Row:
Answer what must be true by the end of June.

STEP 2: WHAT MUST BE TRUE BY THE END OF THIS MONTH
Draw up 2 columns one called Life Destiny and the other Sport Destiny.

First Column - LIFE DESTINY
In 1st Row:
Write out your goals for Life Destiny for the Month (April).

Below this row draw out 4 boxes . In each box write;

  • Week 1 - what must be true by end of week 1.
  • Week 2 - what must be true by end of week 2.
  • Week 3 - what must be true by end of week 3.
  • Week 4 - what must be true by end of week 4.

Then answer in each week what you want to accomplish according to the goals you have written out for this month.

Second Column - SPORT DESTINY
In 1st Row:
Write out your goals for Sport Destiny for the Month (April).

Below this row draw out 4 boxes . In each box write;

  • Week 1 - what must be true by end of week 1.
  • Week 2 - what must be true by end of week 2.
  • Week 3 - what must be true by end of week 3.
  • Week 4 - what must be true by end of week 4.

Then answer in each week what you want to accomplish according to the goals you have written out for this month.
