Lessons Learned: Lack Of Preparation Causes Stress And You Get Behind

This week the lesson learned here was how having no preparation, never being prepared will always cause you stress and then you will get behind, struggling to ever catch up.

3. Crafting Plans - Life, Work, Sport
4. Car Full Of Petrol (when there is 1/4 tank left)
5. Identifying What to Teach
6. Days to do Washing
7. When to wash & clean car.

Simple stuff but practical. You come from a place of being in control rather than unprepared, late, stressed and who knows what else.
