Craft Your Sports Goals For Next 6 Months

It's great that you have goals you want to aspire to. But in order for that to happen we have to be more specific what that looks like.

If we are more specific then you know what to focus on to be accomplish your goals over these next 6 months.

In today's episode we are going to set your goals for these next 6 months on what you want to accomplish with your sport.

Here below is how we are going to craft your goals over the next 6 months. It is divided up into 3 phases.

PHASE 1: GET CLEAR

  1. What do I want to do?

  2. What are my biggest obstacles?

  3. What is my end of year reality?

PHASE 2: IDENTIFY OBSTACLES

  1. Make a list of all your obstacles.

  2. For each obstacle - name that obstacle... then ask these following questions.

  3. Why is it an obstacle?

  4. What to do about it?

PHASE 3: WHAT'S NEXT

  1. List all of your "what to do about it" responses from your Phase 2 answers.

That's all you need to do here from this episode.
