#36 Goal Setting For 2019 | What's Your First Big Move

In this episode Tiff breaks down how to go after your 1st goal for the year and the focus you will need to give it.

Here are the questions to ask yourself and get to work...

1. What is my first goal for January to March 2019?

2. What are my BIG 5 for this goal? (work your way from the finish point to the starting point i.e. work your way backwards).

3. What are my BIG 5 main moves from Step 1? (refer to question 2, you have worked out backwards to your starting point what you need to do, now flip it around and write out your big 5 moves from step 1 through to step 5).

4. When will this goal be completed? What is the dealine date? How many days to complete it?

5. What are the phases and detail for completion of this goal? (work out your 5 phases you must do in each phase to give you the final result - your goal. You are laying out all the action steps here needed to achieve it).
