Lessons Learned: 5 Lessons Learned This Week 16th February 2019

Lessons learned are intended to help you learn more about you, discover what is holding you back and then devise strategies to move forward and go after your dreams.

Each week it's important to look back at the end of your week and identify what lessons you have learned that will help you not only learn more about you, but gain feedback so you can keep on improving you to reach the heights you want to reach.

Lessons learned this week:

1. What to do when your partner (someone around you gets stressed).
2. Getting the timing right for getting things done.
3. How we approach everything is all in our mind.
4. Habits are the key for getting what you want.
5. When tired looking for sweet food to get energy.
