Discovering What Is Holding You Back

Today we are going to do an exercise to discover what it holding you back from going after what you want.

The exercise is called the 7 Level Why's!

I got this exercise from the "Millionaire Success Habits" by Dean Graziozi. It's a very powerful exercise that you can do that will uncover for you, if you do what I suggest in this episode to help you identify what is holding you back.

The question you want to ask yourself is;

Why do I want to achieve the goals I want to achieve?
